Refund and Returns Policy

At Non-Slip Shoe Shop, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. A proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required for return processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please let us know immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned simply due to a change of mind. These restrictions will be clearly stated on the product page. If you have any concerns about a particular product, feel free to reach out to us. Additionally, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend starting with a return of the original product. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you wish to receive.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund process.
